Cancellations must be made by calling 807-470-8100. Please do not respond anything besides '1' to confirm on the notification, as we will not receive it. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service, and will require a credit card on file in order to rebook. Exception due to illness, but we really appreciate a quick call if you are sick rather than a no show.
